Silo Ridge - Project Overview:
The proposed mix-use resort community is located on Route 22 on the current site of the Silo Ridge Country Club.
The 670 acre site will maintain 80 percent open space, 537 acres, with approximately 133 acres of the site being utilized for resort development.
The proposed Master Development Plan for the resort, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, consists of:
338 dwelling units consisting of 297 condominiums including townhomes, golf villas, vineyard cottages and 41 single family homes; a resort condominium-hotel with a total of 300 units that will be available for rental by hotel guests; a banquet space; a restaurant, cafe, and bar/lounge located in the hotel; a "winery-themed" restaurant and artisan's park scenic overlook located on DeLavergne Hill; a corporate conference center; a spa and wellness center; and a Village Green featuring retail shops in mixed-use buildings.
The existing golf course has been re-designed by Els Design and will be upgraded into a championship course. A new clubhouse will be constructed including fine dining room, locker rooms, pro shop, lounge and grill room.
