Farm-to-table cuisine

From spring’s budding orchards to summer’s abundance of fruits, vegetables, and flowers—Silo Ridge makes it easy to enjoy authentic seasonal dining true to the tastes of the Hudson Valley. Our chef’s attention to detail is felt throughout each menu, featuring a seasonal selection of innovative, flavorful dishes made from only the finest quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu is hyper-focused on fresh produce and the best ingredients—there’s a hydroponic greenhouse that allows members to pick up homegrown produce, several beehives that provide more than 130 pounds of honey a year, and a three-acre organic garden for all to enjoy.
